Back at the end of July some of the younger kids braved the midges and did a really effective wee beach clean at Cory point (links to the post about that below...) They stashed the stuff they'd cleared and we added it to our list of pick ups needing done.

A few more moments from last week. The weather wasn't brilliant, but we still got out for a little bit of clearing up and it was great to have intern Alisia's support for researching our species champion fact files, doing art, making badges and generally doing what we do!!

Noel took some of the Sea Savers to meet uo with Cal Major - Ocean Advocate and join Beatrice from the Highkand Wildlife Hospice to release 2 of the young gulls that were brought in to her for care and raising and released them down at the .out of Ullapool river where many of the local gulls live.
