The Next Wave went down to the The Seaforth yesterday for a chat about their waste disposal and recycling systems. We were really impressed how hard staff are trying to find ways to minimise the landfill waste their business produces - and how well they are doing with that - but there are still some major challenges (especially when it comes to glass!) We're looking forward to helping them find ways to address those and would welcome suggestions from the community. We'd love to meet with any other local businesses to talk about the challenges they face and maybe work together to solve them!
