Ullapool Sea Savers have made the final shortlist in this year's Young Scot awards, which recognises the achievements and work of young people all across the country.

At this time of year we see many species migrating between countries. Sadly this duck showed up in Norway from Scotland and was not the type they want to welcome.

Poppy and Caillin joined marine scientist Ailsa Maclellan to conduct a seashore survey at Ardmair at today's low tide, once again using the NatureScot Community-led Marine Biodiversity Monitoring Handbook as our guide and template.
