oments from a trip out to check the creels yesterday afternoon, as part of our NatureScot #futureroutes Sea Routes project! Some amazing life in the creels as we move into autumn, including some spectacular (if slightly alarming) conger eels. 🦀🦞 Thanks to Tim Hamlet for also taking the time to do a bit of powerboat handling tuition with Callum, ahead of his powerboat 2 course. 🚤 👌 Also a wee diversion to see the dolphin doing their happy stuff in the sunshine! 🐬🌞

Really pleased to have pulled together an accessible boat trip for Tim and Dylan during last week's stint of incredible weather! Thanks to Nicola Mackay and Mary for making this possible and to everyone else who supports USS to deliver these trips – that time out on the loch really does mean the world to the people we get to take out.

The weather has been making it pretty tricky to run a lot of the stuff we have planned for Mada Chuain this summer, so very happy to have managed to grab a few clear hours earlier this week to take Geoff out for an accessible boat trip to do some angling. Geoff started fishing here as a teenager and in recent years has been a huge supporter of the Ullapool Angling Competition and efforts to get kids back angling.
